Currently, designs and requisite permissions for constructions similar to current buildings (industrial buildings, administration buildings, shops) are ready. These is building marked K1 in the layout plan.

Commercial building K1

Commercial building K1 is located in the front part of the area. A two-storey glassed-in building with interesting architectonic features will become available not only for people working in the area, but also for the public. People will be able to visit a fitness centre, a sauna or a rehabilitation centre in the basement and a restaurant or a bank upstairs. The main part of the building will consist of large offices of the total area of 1450 m2, variably arranged.
